I changed my mind. How do I add/remove items or cancel my order?
Currently we don't support adding to or removing items from an existing order. Please email us at orders@stickerrificstore.com with your order number and we will try to assist you the best we can.
Is the item I want in stock?
All products displayed on our site are ready stock and available for purchase unless stated otherwise. Our inventory in store and online is usually the same. Occasionally we go out of stock at short notice or won't have enough to cover your order. In this case we'll let you know. You can have two options, either replace with other same value product or request refund for that particular product. If you urgently need an item it's always best to confirm stock by contacting us via email.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via Visa and Mastercards Credit Cards, as well as Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit, GrabPay, QR Pay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost for domestic orders. The Bank Transfer option is only applicable for local Malaysian customers.
When are your delivery days?
Deliveries will only be made from Monday to Friday. However, your orders will be packed between Wednesday to Monday, 11.00am - 6.00pm (Tuesday are our rest days, orders from Monday evening to Tuesday night will be processed on Wednesday).
How long does shipping within Malaysia take?
Processing will take up to 4 working days after which they will be picked up by our courier partners. Delivery is within 1-3 working days* for West Malaysia or 3-7 working days* for East Malaysia - from the moment you submit your paid order or deposit slip (via Bank Transfer). Parcels are fulfilled between Monday to Friday.
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery to Asian regions take between 4-6 days and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world, give and take. If you shipping country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer especially during festive season/local public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent via a system-generated email once the order has been sent out. You can track your parcel at https://track.logistika.com.my/ or https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/. For international parcels, you can track your parcel here https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
My order never arrived.?
Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 6 working days from the delivery date for local (Malaysia) and 15 working days for international.
I received a damaged item.
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email your concern to orders@stickerrificstore.com with the following details:

I received an incorrect item/missing item.
If an item is incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and information regarding the wrong or missing product.

Requests for exchange or shop credit must be accompanied by proof of purchase and need to be made (in person for physical store purchases) or by email within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please refer to Refund Policy.
Do I have to pay import duty or taxes and charges?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
Do you accept customisation design request?
Sorry, we do not accept requests for design customisation at the moment.
Will you gift wrap my parcel?

All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days, this is excluding the day the order was placed, weekends and public holidays. Shipping speed based on the delivery method chosen.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials, often times recycled to reduce the waste and damage to the environment. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.
Local
Deliveries within West Malaysia will be sent out via pickupp Express where you will receive real-time tracking updates with an affordable rate starting from RM5.00.
For parcels to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan, the rates will start at RM12.00 via Flash Express.
Kindly ensure that the mobile number and email keyed in is correct as notifications in regards to the delivery will be sent via these channels.
All purchases above RM120.00 will enjoy free shipping for Peninsular Malaysia or above RM150.00 for Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan. (Free shipping is not applicable with wholesale purchases and other ongoing promotions)
All orders are dispatched and delivered by pickupp Express and Flash Express courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
West Malaysia: 1 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.
East Malaysia : 4 – 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Signature is required upon delivery, so please arrange for an individual to be present to sign and collect the package at the delivery address provided. Should there be no one around to sign-off on the package, it will be redelivered the next working day. It will be then your responsibility to contact them to arrange for another delivery or to pick up from the branch office itself. Should the package be returned to us, additional charges will be applicable for redelivery.
For those who opt for self collection, you will be able to collect your order the next working day including weekends. Please note that we are closed on Tuesday.
International
We ship worldwide from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia using express services from DHL Express as courier delivery services to ensure all packages are delivered safely. International orders are charged by weight. Please drop us an email if your location is not available.
You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once shipment is made and you can track it online. Transit time varies from countries to countries but estimated delivery is usually between 3 to 9 working days. Please contact us at orders@stickerrificstore.com if you have yet receive your order 20 working days from the date of posting.
We only deliver to a valid street address and not to P.O. Boxes as this service requires a signature upon delivery. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, any risk will not be covered by us, and may require an address correction charge.
Please take note that overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local Customs officer for further information.
Attention to Singapore Customers
Your parcel will be delivered via Ninja Van delivery services, for a safer and quicker delivery and your parcel will be delivered to you within 3 - 8 working days!
Undelivered, Lost or Stolen Packages
Kindly ensure that the shipping details provided to us are correct upon placing your order as we are unable to take any responsibility when the parcel goes missing/gets return to us due to incomplete details. In this event, we are unable to provide any refund so please, please double check before confirming your order..

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order items, your complete order will be shipped after pre-order item(s) arrives. If you would like ready stock item to be delivered immediately, kindly place two separate orders.\We highly recommend you to check your item(s) carefully after you receive it as returns are not accepted after return period.
Refunds for store credits or exchanges can only be made within our policy of 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase/based on courier tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Digital Downloaded products are exempted from returns.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped. A charge of 5% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund on any cancelled orders to cover the fees incurred when the initial payment was made. Once the parcel has been fulfilled the terms of our Refund Policy will take effect.
Refunds
If your item(s) arrives in damaged condition or seems like defective because of manufacturing or it is different item from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the parcel and provide us pictures/videos describing the defect/ damage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued immediately under your account. There is no expiry to store credit and can be utilized both in store and online.
For return of non-defective items, your item(s) must be returned in brand-new, unopened, unused condition with full labels and original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. In this case, please note that the original shipping fee cannot be reimbursed. A refund will be processed after deducting 15% of selling price as restocking and handling fee unless the return is due to a Stickerrific error or where alternative arrangements have been agreed between both parties. Store Credit will be issued upon receiving the item(s) and inspection and can be utilized both in store and online, with no expiry date. The delivery charges back to our store must be borne by the customer.
In regards to the return of fountain pen, it is considered as used if the ink has run through any part of the pen, which includes cartridge, converter or piston filler is not intact and touches ink, also all tags and accessories are intact and not removed.
We can not guarantee the service of non registered postage, for orders were regular post is selected, under the circumstance where the product becomes lost we will not be providing a refund. However for registered shipping if you do not receive the product then a refund will be given. To initiate a refund due to shipping, please email orders@stickerrificstore.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Discount code for sale campaigns has to be keyed in prior to payment, failure to do so would forfeit the discounts linked to the purchase. Refunds/store credit will not be issued under these circumstances. Please, please double check your order before finalizing the payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@stickerrificstore.com and send your item to: 31-G Block C Jaya One, No.72A Jalan Prof Diraja Ungku Aziz, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
If a replacement might not be available in stock at that moment, after checking we will let you know whether you can have the same item or there are other options for you to choose. If there is any different amount between prices of your item and replacement item, we will calculate and add or minus accordingly.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service/purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
